• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including (but not limited to):

• Uploading harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization.
• Interfering with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

You retain ownership of content you upload to Benny List. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process the content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, showing your wishlist to your friends or people you share it with).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time, removing your wishlists and associated data.

Benny List may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Amazon affiliate links). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture solely to create or authenticate your account. We do not access any additional Google data or APIs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benny List and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms occasionally. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
