Set up a baby registry in four steps
Create a free BennyList account
Sign up at bennylist.com in under a minute. All you need is an email address and a password.
Create a new registry and choose Baby Registry
Click New Registry from your dashboard, enter a name like "Baby Smith Registry," and select Baby Registry as the type. Add an expected arrival date as your event date.
Add items from any store
Paste a product URL from Amazon, Target, Buy Buy Baby, or any other website. BennyList fetches the title, price, and image automatically. You can also add items manually.
Share your registry link
Copy your registry link from the Share card and send it via text, email, or add it to your baby shower invitations. Anyone with the link can view and reserve items.

How do I create a baby registry on BennyList?
Sign up for a free account, click New Registry, choose Baby Registry as the type, name your registry, add your expected arrival date, and start adding items. Share your link directly from the registry page.
Can I add items from any store?
Yes. BennyList works with any website — Amazon, Target, Walmart, Buy Buy Baby, Pottery Barn Kids, and more. Paste the product URL and BennyList will fetch the name, image, and price automatically.
Can my partner also manage the registry?
Yes. Open your registry settings and add a co-owner by email. Your partner will be able to add, edit, and remove items, and see the same purchases view after your arrival date.
How do guests reserve items?
When a guest visits your registry, they click Reserve on an item, enter their first name, last name, and optional email, then click Reserve Item. The item is marked as reserved so no one else buys a duplicate.
When can I see who bought what?
After your expected arrival date, open your registry and click View Purchases. You will see each reserved item along with the buyer's name — perfect for writing thank-you notes.
What if someone buys something without reserving it first?
Items bought outside of BennyList won't appear in your purchases view automatically. You can manually mark those items as purchased in your registry settings to remove them from the available list.
Is BennyList free for baby registries?
Yes. Creating a baby registry, adding items, sharing your link, and viewing purchases is completely free on BennyList.
